General Policies:
Ticket Sales and Returns
The box office opens a half hour before the first show of the day. Late Arrivals: Tickets will usually be sold up until fifteen minutes after showtime but we reserve to right to decline ticket sales for a show in progress in the interest of those already seated. Tickets purchased at the box office or online may not be returned.
Outside Food and Drink
Outside food and drink is not permitted. If you bring in outside food or drink you will be asked to either store it in your vehicle or throw it out.
Use of Membership Cards
- Please show us your card when purchasing a ticket. If you do not have your card, we will look you up on our member list at the computer.
- Membership cards can’t be used by a non-member and a member cannot buy tickets for a non-member at the member price; in other words, the benefits of membership only extend to current members.
- For couple/family memberships, only one couple member needs to show their card.
- Members receive a $5 admission to all first-run films. However, that discounted ticket price does not apply to some special film programming and special events.
- Free passes received as part of your member benefits package are good for any first-run film but cannot be applied to special film programming and special events.

When you make a purchase on our site we collect credit card information including card number, card type, cardholder name and billing address, and expiration date, in order to bill you for purchases made through hiwaytheatre.org.
Credit Card Policy:
Hiwaytheatre.org accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. cards. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.
Security:
Purchases from this site are conducted via a secure webserver (https:). We restrict access to your personally identifiable information to employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. No personal information will be shared with third parties.
